 The seller of the goods offered in this Internet shop on the one hand, hereinafter referred to as “Salesperson”, and the person carrying out the order, hereinafter referred to as “Customer”, on the other hand, shall conclude the following Agreement: The Salesperson undertakes to sell and supply goods to the Customer, according to the Purchase Order.

Delivery and payment arrangements

The Customer orders the goods through this home page, indicating the type and quantity of the goods to be ordered. The Customer has the option to pay for the item by using the payment tools embedded in the Internet Store or by paying the vendor's prepared and Customer's e-mail invoice. The invoice shall be prepared electronically and shall be valid without signature. The Salesperson shall ensure the delivery of the goods within 20 days of receipt of payment for the item by matching the delivery time with the Customer.

Right of withdrawal

The Customer has the right to refuse the product within 14 calendar days from the moment of receiving the Product, by sending a letter of withdrawal to the Salesperson. The Salesperson shall send the withdrawal letter form to the Customer by e-mail upon the Customer's request. The Customer is obliged to return the product to the Salesman within 7 days of sending the letter of withdrawal. All expenses incurred in connection with the return of the goods to the Salesperson shall be covered by the Customer. 

  The Customer may not exercise the right of withdrawal if:

• the goods ordered cannot, by their nature, be returned or are perishable or quick-to use;

• the ordered goods are made directly for the Customer according to individual orders;

• Personalized, embroidered, etc. made for a special purpose.

The sixth part of Article 12 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia states that "the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the product during the period of exercising the right of withdrawal". The Salesperson reserves the right to refuse the Customer to exercise the right of withdrawal or to withhold a compensation fee in case the product is damaged, by neglecting the product during use or by not following the instructions in the manual, if the product's original packaging is lost or if the packaging is significantly damaged.

Data Processing

When entering the necessary information when drawing up an order, the Customer shall certify that he has met and agrees that the custom provided by him is used to enable the Salesperson to accept the Customer’s order and to deliver the goods by the legislative requirements of the LR. When entering the information, the Customer agrees that it will send notices related to the handling of the Customer Order to the specified e-mail.
